At ChicGlowStyle, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy ensures a seamless resolution process.
To be eligible for a return or refund, please ensure:
The request is made within 14 days of receiving the order.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase (order number and receipt) is provided.
To initiate a return:
Contact our support team at support@chicglowstyle.com with your order details and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if eligible.
Ship the product back to the address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds:
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items:
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made items
Items marked as final sale
Products returned in a damaged or used condition (unless defective on arrival)
If you received a defective or incorrect item, you may request an exchange instead of a refund.
Exchanges are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product.
If the replacement item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Missing Items:
If an item is missing from your order, please check all packaging carefully.
If still missing, contact our support team, and we will send the missing item at no additional cost.
Lost in Transit:
If your order is lost in transit, contact us with your tracking number, and we will investigate with the courier.
If confirmed lost, we will either reship the item or provide a refund.
Returned to Sender:
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, we can reship at an additional shipping cost.
Refunds will not be provided for unclaimed packages unless due to an error on our part.

Customs Seizures:
ChicGlowStyle is not responsible for items seized by customs due to local regulations. No refunds will be issued for such cases.
Import Duties & Taxes:
Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their country’s customs.
If an order is rejected due to unpaid customs fees, no refund will be issued.
